Shipping

Payments for shipments are accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 
Orders received on or before 1:00 pm (PST) are guaranteed to be shipped out on the same day. All orders made after 1:00pm will be sent out the following day.

Shipments will be sent out via U.P.S Ground within the United States; 2ndDay, 3rdDay, or Overnight shipping is available at the request of the customer. Urgent or rush orders may be requested by calling us.

We ship internationally with US Postal Service Express Mail and US Postal Service Priority Mail.

For International orders the cheapest way to ship is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping will vary depending on country, size of box and weight. We will inform you of the shipping charges.

CatherineKCollections.com is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import Tariffs required by the receiver’s country. International Orders may be subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination country.

Any requests for orders are should be noticed before 2PM(PST) by phone calling or e-mail (only available on business days).

* We ship to comercial address only.
If you request to ship to residential address, we are not responsible for delayed delivery or lost package.
* Changes cannot be made once your order has been shipped.
* We do not ship to P.O. Box.

Shipping Cost

The shipping charges are based on actual shipping plus insurance and a minimal handling fee. Customer pays for shipping. Our shipping location is California.

C) Size of Box
D) Location we are shipping to

When you place the order online, you are able to select an ESTIMATED SHIPPING. However, this shipping cost will change once we package your order. Only after packing your order, will be know the actual shipping cost that we will charge you.

How do I return an item?

At Catherine K. Collections we try to do our best to make our customers happy with our services.
We only accept returns if the handbag and accessories have been damaged or you have received the wrong order. All tags must be included when the product is returned.

All sales are final.

Here are steps on returning a unwanted/damaged item(s) back to us:

Damaged/Wrong Handbags(s):

  1. Contact us via phone (213.568.3933) or e-mail (Catherinecollections@gmail.com) with your ORDER ID number and the style number(s) of the handbag(s) that is/are damaged or wrong.
  2. On the e-mail, please indicate if you want us to send the same/correct style(s) back to you or if you would prefer a store credit for you to use on your next purchase.
  3. If you decide on getting a replacement for your damaged handbag(s), we will send you a return label with your replacement handbags. It will be inside the box that contains the replacement.
  4. If you decide on getting a store credit, we will issue a store credit to your account and you will receive an e-mail with a gift certificate code that you can use upon checkout of your next order.
  5. Damaged handbag(s) must be returned back to us with the original product tag intact so that we can issue a replacement or a store credit.

The most important part of returning a handbag(s) is to notify us within 24-48 hours after you have received your order. If the handbag(s) that you claim to be damaged or unwanted is more than more than 7 days after you received your order, then we won’t be able to honor your request.
